Shipping Policy

We ship to the United States and to selected international destinations including Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery Time

United States: orders arrive in 7 to 14 days from the ship date.

International: orders typically arrive in 7 to 21 days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Cost

United States: $6.95 flat rate. Free shipping on orders of $89 or more, which includes all 2-bottle and 3-bottle packs.

International: $14.95 flat rate.

Subscription refills ship free.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. You can also track your order any time at somiqa.com/apps/parcelpanel.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after ordering, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at info@somiqa.com and we will resolve it with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.
