We stand behind every bottle of Somiqa with our 30-Night Satisfaction Guarantee.

If Somiqa doesn't work for you within 30 nights of receiving your order, contact us and we'll issue a full refund of the product price. No return required.

### How the 30-Night Satisfaction Guarantee Works

You have 30 nights from the date your order arrives to decide if Somiqa is right for you. If you're not satisfied for any reason, simply email us at info@somiqa.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience.

We don't require you to send the bottle back. You're welcome to keep it, finish it, or pass it along to someone who might benefit.

### Eligibility

The 30-Night Satisfaction Guarantee applies to your first bottle of each Somiqa product. The 30-night window begins from the date of delivery, confirmed by carrier tracking. Refunds on subsequent shipments or repeat purchases of the same product are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Subscription orders can be cancelled at any time through your account or by contacting us. Future renewals will not be billed once cancelled.

### How to Request a Refund

- Your order number
- A brief note about why Somiqa wasn't a fit for you (this helps us improve)

We typically respond within 24-48 hours and process approved refunds the same day.

### Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

### Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@somiqa.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
